Beth helped our family to work thru the changes and challenges that come with adding a new member. We opened our home to my nephew (late teens) so he could focus on going to college. It is wonderful to have him here but we needed to all find a new balance. Beth helped us work together and everyone is thriving and we owe much of that to her guidance.

My passion is to help others find more joy and meaning in their lives. I work creatively and collaboratively with adults, teens, and children to explore the heart of the matter.

Together we consider (investigate, examine, observe) symptoms and emotional pain; we design realistic goals; we develop skills to alleviate obstacles; and, as we work to achieve your dreams, we discover your increased motivation and self-confidence.

My specialty is working with adolescents through their magnificent growing season. Forging a personal identity often creates peer problems, family conflicts, sagging self-worth and doubts about how to move forward. Teaching them various coping skills, risk assessment, and pro-social strategies assists them identifying and implementing their own unique personal strengths.

I enjoy building positive and meaningful rapport with a wide variety of clients. Quickly, adults and couples also feel ease and comfort in defining goals for working together. It is exciting to work with you toward living a more balanced, successful and delight-filled lifestyle. I look forward to our journey together.
